HOW WE OPERATE

Data Handling, Security and Account Rights

We hold your account data under strict access controls and do not sell it to third parties.

Data Retention Policy

Account records, transaction logs covering UPI and Paytm activity, and session data are held only for the period required by law. We run automated deletion cycles to ensure nothing is kept beyond that window.

Cookie Controls

We use functional and analytics cookies to keep your account session stable. You can adjust non-essential cookie preferences from the settings panel; essential cookies required for login and wallet security cannot be switched off.

Account Security

Every account is protected by two-factor authentication at login and at withdrawal. If we detect unusual activity — such as a PhonePe withdrawal request from an unrecognised device — we pause the transaction and notify you immediately.

Requesting Account Changes

To update your registered mobile number, linked UPI handle, or email address, submit a request through the account settings page. Changes to payment details require identity verification before they are applied.

Right to Access Your Data

You can request a full export of the personal data we hold on you at any time by contacting support. We will provide the export in a readable format within the timeframe required by applicable Indian data protection regulations.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a term has been applied incorrectly to your account, raise a formal dispute via email. We review every case against the version of the terms in force at the time of the event and respond with our finding in writing.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Terms

The questions below cover the points account holders ask about most often — from how these terms apply to your wallet, to what happens when we update them and how to exercise your rights under them.

Yes. Every transaction processed through your account — whether via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay — is subject to these terms. The wallet rules in the terms govern how funds are deposited, held, and withdrawn regardless of the payment rail you choose.

We send a notice to the email address registered on your account before any change takes effect. The notice includes a summary of what changed and a link to the full revised text so you can review it before continuing to use the platform.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your linked UPI or Paytm account, subject to standard withdrawal verification steps.

Contact our support team via email or live chat and ask for a data export. We will prepare a readable file of all personal data we hold on your account and deliver it within the timeframe required by applicable Indian data protection law.

Access and eligibility under these terms depend on local law and are available only where local law permits. The governing law clause in the full terms document specifies the applicable jurisdiction; reach out to support if you need a plain-language explanation.

Creating duplicate accounts, providing false identity information during verification, or attempting to reverse a confirmed UPI or PhonePe transaction fraudulently are all considered breaches. We outline each prohibited action in the conduct section of the full terms document.

We acknowledge formal dispute emails within 24 hours and aim to deliver a full written finding within seven working days. Complex cases involving transaction records or identity verification may take slightly longer; we keep you updated throughout.
